Would be nice to Edit\Remove an IM message in Lync client as is possible in Skype client. Just recently the lack of this functionality has caused massive user push back.
Currently when one searched for a contact all entries are listed alphabetically. I would really like to set this so that I can choose for example order the found entries based on Presence status, perhaps order by most often used contact etc.
When a member of a formal response group makes calls while signed in to the RGS I would like to see the calling party name replaced with the RGS Workflow name. Perhaps a check-box to replace the name in the RGS config. The scenario is when making calls as an agent within the Lync environment I'd like to see the workflow represented instead of the individual agent, similar to what we can do on a trunk level by replacing ...more »
Its a pity that when I click Join Lync Meeting and then choose to join the meeting audio via a DDI of my choosing that the video is then disabled.
Would be handy if I still had the option to have video without the workaround of joining without audio and then inviting my DDI.

Reason being that we want to make the person or RG available as a local DID. We often come across scenarios where services are offered across multiple regions and human nature is usually to call the "local guys". Imagine a response group responsible for National support but being reachable ...more »
If I had a dollar for everytime I was asked for call recording. That said, a few months ago I noticed that the Lync 2013 client (15.0.4517.1504 - 32-bit) had the option to record a standard 2 party call. I thought that it was going to stay but the very next update made it disappear. One of my users refuses to update Lync client to hold on to this function. It would be awesome if this was available without having to buy ...more »
With Lync 2013 it became possible to manipulate the outbound calling ID ( CsOutboundCallingNumberTranslationRule),that's great BUT can we have it on inbound as well.
