Attendant Console Improved Notes

The Lync Attendant Console desperately needs the ability for create, store and share centralised notes.

The issue we are facing is that our receptionist rely on a feature of a previous consoles we were using with out legacy PBX that is not available in the current Attendant console.

Rule based call forwarding

The user should be able to forward calls based on different criteria:


• Caller number

• Caller is in the user’s contact List

• The presence status

• Caller Privacy Relationship

• Time

• Out of office (Exchange) status

• Etc.


The forwarded calls should be able to be transferred to the following destinations:


• Other Lync user

• UM voicemail

• PSTN/mobile number


• Team call group

• Etc.

Autoscroll enable/disable button

Add a button to Lync client to be able to enable/disable autoscroll for each new message.

Can be usefull to catch up previous messages of a conversation when conversation continue.

Currently, every time a new message arrive, the scroll bar go down ... and user has to scroll up to catch up previous message. Just boring ...

Lync for Helpdesk

Hi. I would like to use Lync for our company Helpdesk. The idea is that we would use one account (called for example helpdesk) logged on 4 computers. Users can call or chat only with contact called "helpdesk". The message or call should be displayed to all Operators and anyone can answer it.
Is this already possible? Or is it gonna be possible in a future version?

Persistent chat notification settings for your own messages

Right now, you can configure different notification settings for messages submitted to chat rooms. But those settings also apply to your own messages. So, if you have the client running on multiple machines, you get the notifications for messages you submit. Would be nice if there was a 'disable notifications for your own messages' setting.
