It would be great if there were an add-on or additional downloadable sets of emoticons to expand the set of emoticons that currently exist. I know I am not the only person who wishes there were emoticons that are more useful. Why is there no "Thumbs Up" but there is an image of a sheep? I don't think a sheep has ever come up in any Lync conversation I've had. I'm sure the community would be able to provide additional ...more »
Admin level ability to disable "Hide My Picture" in Lync Client
There should be an option for the user to upload their own picture rather than having to point to a web address in the Lync client.

Given the status bar showing who's in a conversation shows only people's images (when in its minimal form / saving screen real estate) it's hard to tell who's in the conversation. Being allowed to define an image for your contacts which overrides their image should ...more »
Allow user to keep a number of stored photos in their profile. Then allow user to change photos on the fly - even in the middle of a Lync conversation session. Useful example would be to show photo based on what project or responsibilitites you are working on that week/month. On the lighter side, you could click to change the photo MOOD for the day, or even for the current conversation. Example, while discussing ...more »
