Right now, mobile (at least Windows Phone), OWA, and Mac don't support custom presence. It would be nice if it was supported across all clients.
Current behavior: The volume level in the Lync app will set the system volume to the same value as the app. Adjusting the system volume is not reflected in the app. At some point, the app will again set/reset the system volume. This causes a problem if you are wearing earphones and have adjusted the system volume down, when the reset happens it can be... unpleasant. MAC Address to Lync User Mapping for Zero Touch Initial Setup. This could streamline initial voice implementations.
The reportserver stores no data for calls made from a Macuser. It is hard to troubleshoot without that information.
Right now, you can't reorder the groups in the contact list in the Mac client. Groups are sorted alphabetically. And whenever you login, the groups are all expanded. Allow for custom order of groups, and keep the state between logins. Also, allow for expansion of distribution groups in the contact list. This is not currently possible.
If you use Swedish system language on Mac and try to set location the dialog is in Dutch language. If I change to English the dialog is English. We have this error on multiple customers.

Hi, right now if lync for mac is open on display #1 and i am working on display #2 ( or 3 or 4 ), call popup notification is not displayed. Call is displayed ONLY on screen #1.
This causes loss of incoming calls.
Should be great notifications appear on active/working display.
