Options to Mute

There are a lot of times, participants login to conference cal,l but do not mute or forget to mute their phone. This leads to unnecessary voice distortion.

Please empower "Meeting Anchor" with ability to view which user has mute / un-mute their phone. Also he should be able to "mute" a participants line as required.

Parked Calls (Through Gateway) After Park TimeOut Act Weird

UserB (person call parked for) are able to answer a parked call (external call incoming /thru pstn/sip) EVEN after "CallPickupTimeoutThreshold" completes and when the call is ringing back to the user who parked the call (UserA). So at this time the call is ringing back to UserA, but if UserB picks up the parked call (and they can), UserA will continue to ring! If UserA answers, this call becomes a 3 party conference, ...more »

After External Caller Has TimedOut CallPark MOH Presents Oddly

In the same scenario as here:

http://lync.ideascale.com/a/dtd/Parked-Calls-Through-Gateway-After-Park-TimeOut-Act-Weird/373728-16285?submitted=1

when the external caller has timed-out and is ringing back to UserA, the external Caller hears a combination of ringing and music on hold. Instead of just MoH, or ring back tone.

Call Pickup Keyboard Shortcut

Lync has many Keyboard Shortcut, the one that miss is one for Call Pickup. Scenario: many EV users, only Lync client 2013 is used, no IP Phones. If a user is member of a CallPickup Group it need to place a call to the CP number to answer a collague's call. I think the client should: - autodetect if the user is member of a CallPickup Group and the number of that group - offer a native Keyboard Shortcut to quick dial the ...more »

Call Park Range Per Branch Office/Site

This means that a site with only a SBA/SBS does not have its own Call Park configuration. Companies that use call park generally want one Call Park range (or at bare minimum call park configuration) per Branch Office so that they can have a timeout destination per office. (not have call ...more »

Modular Response Groups

One of the biggest limitations I have found with Lync from our traditional PBX system is lack of in-depth workflows/call handling with response groups. Currently, our Lync deployment is rock solid, however as our organization grows, we are finding that Lync is continuously being a bottleneck at what we can/cannot do with call routing at the response group level. One thing our organization would like is the ability ...more »

Delegate backup

If delegates are associated with the task to answer calls for a manager, the manager sets "Simultaneous call" to the delegate, but then the delegate needs to go on lunch break or in a long meeting. The delegate should be able to either change the call forwarding settings of the manager, or set call forwarding to a backup person who will ALSO receive the calls of the manager. With Lync 2010 this was not possible. Not sure ...more »
