There is a delay when answering a response group call. This is exacerbated by Lync Phone Edition but it present with most endpoints.
when calls come into a RGS in quick succession, agents sometimes recieve call when they are already in a call.

Call Park Music On Hold Config is lost on server reboot. according to microsoft this is known issue. This really should be fixed.

Scenario setup: Lync response group with Agent Group set to Alert Method of Attendant. Place 2 calls (from other users) to this response group. Both calls will ring at the agent. Bug: Agent presses Win+A (Accept Incoming Invite) in rapid succession. Both calls are answered and are live. (user is connected wrongly to 2 calls at one time!) UserB (person call parked for) are able to answer a parked call (external call incoming /thru pstn/sip) EVEN after "CallPickupTimeoutThreshold" completes and when the call is ringing back to the user who parked the call (UserA). So at this time the call is ringing back to UserA, but if UserB picks up the parked call (and they can), UserA will continue to ring! In the same scenario as here:
when the external caller has timed-out and is ringing back to UserA, the external Caller hears a combination of ringing and music on hold. Instead of just MoH, or ring back tone.

If you use Swedish system language on Mac and try to set location the dialog is in Dutch language. If I change to English the dialog is English. We have this error on multiple customers.
