Currently, in Office 2013, the size of the contact window for Lync is very large, way larger than it needs to be to fit the names and information. It would be terrific if the minimum size of the window would be reduced so it doesn't take up as much screen real estate.
The resource kit for OCS provided a script that allowed administrators to add and remove contacts and groups to users (LCSAddContacts.wsf ).
Please, provide this functionality "out-of-the-box".
It's kind of clunky that we say Lync integrates with Outlook contacts, but then you have to add lync contacts all over again one by one?!?
