Right now, the LRS admin portal is a separate download and install, with many people unable to get it working correctly. Roll this into the web services already built into the front ends.
Right now, you cannot change which pool a dial-in access number is assigned to. That association can only be set when the number is added. During migrations, you often need to move numbers to a new pool from a legacy pool. This entails deleting the number, then adding it back in, changing only the assign pool. It would be nice if you could edit it in CP and set a new pool association.
When you use the cmdlet, it spews a fair amount of verbose info to the screen, even when -verbose is not used. This is not expected behavior. It should only be displayed when -verbose is used. This is problematic for those who use this programmatically.
Provide a method for logging/auditing administrator actions and changes in Lync, similar to that already implemented in Exchange and SharePoint.
When you EV enable someone and assign a LineURI, it would be nice if this also updated the Telephone Number field on the user's AD account
It would be nice if there was a LSCP and LSMS option to send a broadcast IM to multiple users (maybe based on AD Distribution List), without it creating a conference with all of the users. Critical messages could then be conveyed through IM.

The ability to "clone" a given policy from an existing policy. This would be great for when you want to create another policy that has the same settings, except one or two.
Right now, you can assign a number to a RGS workflow that's already assigned to something else, like a user. This causes all kinds of issues, because inbound calls will get the "not in use or disconnected" recording.
I have only one SIP domain in my deployment, yet when I go to enable a new user in the Control Panel, the SIP domain fields under "Generate user's SIP URI" are all blank. I need to click the pull-down and select from the only option there is. Lync has a "Default" SIP domain. The CSCP should populate the SIP domain fields on the form with this value automatically. Should the developers see reason why this shouldn't ...more »
Right now, in environments that have multiple pools, you're prompted with a pick list of which pool you want to connect to. It would be nice if you could set a default pool. Then, in the Control Panel itself, provide an option to change pools.
