Having only the numbers 1-9 available as key mapping options is fairly restrictive. It would be extremely helpful if the Exchange UM Auto Attendant could recognize two digit key mappings.
Scenario: calls are dual forked by the PBX, one goes to the SIP phone, the other one goes through the SIP trunk to Lync Server.
If the call is answered by the phone, the PBX sends a CANCEL message to Lync with:

When a user has set the forwarding to a PSTN/mobile number, (s)he can possibly be reached even if the presence shows the user as "offline".
I think the presence should show the forwarding status (just like Skype does, btw) for example as "offline with call forwarding".
The contact card should also show some additional details (e.g. "forwarded to xxx") to users in the workgroup/friends and family groups.
I require the ability to manage desktop phone "call forwarding" state from Lync Mobile app.
So I can enable call forwarding on PBX, when I'm already away.
Scenario: many EV users, only Lync client 2013 is used, no IP Phones. If a user is member of a CallPickup Group it need to place a call to the CP number to answer a collague's call.

MAC Address to Lync User Mapping for Zero Touch Initial Setup. This could streamline initial voice implementations.
May be useful if the Lync Mobile client could set the user's status "In a call" during a traditional call on the smartphone.
It would be very helpful to be able to schedule on call rotations with response groups so that the members can be dynamically scheduled to be on call without having to change the response group or user forwarding manually. This could be achieved with similar functionality as the holiday schedule but routes the calls to a specific user or specified number at a scheduled time/day/week etc.
The Silverlight LCP is awful, I think could be a good idea to switch to a GUI interface like the Exchange 2013 Control Panel.
This graphic uniformity can also give to customer a better idea of integration between Lync and Exchange
Please add to Lync Control Pannel a GUI interface to create and edit the Response Group Holiday Sets. There is a free good editor from Jamie Schwinn (http://waveformation.com/holidayseteditor/), why MS could not do the same with Silverlight?
The Lync Web App plug-in is great and could be used to add Audio and Video capability to Exchange OWA, to use it as a full client when the user could no use anything else (for eg. Internet Cafè)
There is no way to disable Hot key for audio call. By default it is set to Ctrl + Enter, which is used by default in many other clients. So, when you try to send IMs in Lync 2013 using Hot Keys ( "Enter" in Lync 2013 by default), you're making voice call instead of send message.
