Lync/Skype4B Improvement Suggestions Ideas

We would like a feature to select the method (Parallel, Round-Robin, Agent, ...) and which status we would like to use with it.

For example, I would like to use the Parallel method for all calls unless an Agent is "In a Call" or "Do Not Disturb". I would want their phones to ring in this method if they were any other status.

In a new world of having to find all ways to save our customers money, Lync has been a platform that's allowed us to demonstrate rather quick ROI and overall Unified Communications TCO reductions.

Presently, an alternate caller ID must be defined in the route.
And so... for every department/team requiring an alternate caller ID, a new route must be defined (even though it is the same route used by everyone else).

In most stone-age PBX's, the default Caller ID can be overrode by some attribute related to the user.

I would like to see something in between Parallel and Attendant routing or the ability to create custom Routing Methods.

I find a lot of customers want RGS calls to still be offered when the Agent status is Away or Busy. The only solution is Attendant routing.
