Lync/Skype4B Improvement Suggestions Ideas

In the current preview of the Skype for Business client, calls in from the PSTN are given a different set of controls in the call window (dial pad on by default, no Video or Present buttons, adds a Transfer button), unless the caller is a contact. If Skype can reverse look up the phone number in my contacts then it shows the same controls as it would for a Skype-to-Skype call.

The Calling Party Name Display on outgoing PSTN calls should be able to refelect the department the user is in. Pesonal name should be displayed as an option on internal calls.

For example, lets say we have a teacher at Capilano Elementary School.

When calling parents (external), the name presented to their phone should be "Capilano Elementary" with the schools listed directory number.
