It is very difficult to join a conference (phone) call from a Lync calendar appointment on a mobile device. The user clicks on the phone number and tries to memorize the code. It would be even better if Lync generated the "auto-dial" sequence that allowed the mobile user to click on a string that combined the number and the pin: "555-555-5555;12345678".
