It would be nice to have an HTML5 web based control panel for lync server, instead of the silverlight based one , since after experiencing the Exchange 2013 ECP seems there's a considerable performance differences, between both control panels, especially in term of speed
All of the other policies are shown, but not the UserServices policy (which controls UCS). Would be nice to have that included.
If you create a custom simple URL, say, for the web scheduler (https://scheduler.contoso.com), it shows in the Control Panel simply as "https://..." and isn't listed anywhere in Topology Builder.
Most of the Lync Control Panel drop down boxes are in the order that they were added to the topology. Make them atleast Alphabetical. Deployments with over 200+ Branches make things hard to find ;-)
Right now, in environments that have multiple pools, you're prompted with a pick list of which pool you want to connect to. It would be nice if you could set a default pool. Then, in the Control Panel itself, provide an option to change pools.

Extensibility would allow 3rd parties to write extensions for LSCP, thus streamlining administration.
The Silverlight LCP is awful, I think could be a good idea to switch to a GUI interface like the Exchange 2013 Control Panel.
This graphic uniformity can also give to customer a better idea of integration between Lync and Exchange
When adding a new user with EV through the Lync Control Panel or through powershell, you must add
"tel:" in front of the (required) telephone number. Since this requirement is there 100% of time lync should just go ahead and add "tel:" on its own.
