In fact it is not directly a Lync feature, but more an Exchange function.
It should be possible for users to upload personalized voicemail greetings for example as a wav- or mp3-file. This would enable the use of professionally produced greetings.
One of the challenges with Exchange UM Auto Attendants is that you cannot have both accept "Key Mapping" and "Dial Extension Number" using the same time Auto Attendant. Would be nice if this functionality could be add to AA's.

The Silverlight LCP is awful, I think could be a good idea to switch to a GUI interface like the Exchange 2013 Control Panel.
This graphic uniformity can also give to customer a better idea of integration between Lync and Exchange
Like Exchange Server Unified Messaging, Lync Server should use the msDS-PhoneticDisplayName attribute instead of the DisplayName attribute to modify the way it announces names during meetings.
Having only the numbers 1-9 available as key mapping options is fairly restrictive. It would be extremely helpful if the Exchange UM Auto Attendant could recognize two digit key mappings.
