In the Transfer Directly to and Consult Then Transfer option it should have the option to pick the user's voicemailbox as well as their numbers.
I know this is more of an Exchange thing, but it would be nice if this could be done. That way, general mailboxes, receptionist mailboxes, etc. could all benefit from prerecorded greetings.
Build Exchange UM functionality in to Skype for Business, in particular native voicemail.
Current integration is average, there is overlap in functionality and management and routing is not consistent.
- Outlook gives option to select work hours
- Lync gives option to record normal voice mail greeting message and OOF greeting message which needs to be turned by calling mailbox number when you are away.
