Ease of use is enhanced on systems which allow the concept of a virtual endpoint. It should be possible to set up an endpoint titled say "Daily Production Meeting", that then auto answers with video on, anyone who starts a call with that endpoint. For regular meetings this is much better than an outlook entry, and can be joined with one click from any device with "Presence" display.
One of the challenges with Exchange UM Auto Attendants is that you cannot have both accept "Key Mapping" and "Dial Extension Number" using the same time Auto Attendant. Would be nice if this functionality could be add to AA's.

Having only the numbers 1-9 available as key mapping options is fairly restrictive. It would be extremely helpful if the Exchange UM Auto Attendant could recognize two digit key mappings.
At the moment, you have to option to automatically start Lync when I log into Windows, which also includes to automatically log me into Lync as well. I suggest that these 2 options be separated, so I can choose to auto run Lync when I log into Windows, without auto sign-in to Lync. Thanks.
