centrally configure endpoint/client user settings

it would be nice to have the ability to centrally configure user settings on behalf of a user from LSCP/PS/remotely. For example: change the ring tone across the board, or other setting.

Either via Powershell or LSCP. (not SEFAUTIL :-)
