Safe Transfer Does Not Present Correct MOH on "Bounce Back"

///Scenario #1---if the transferred caller originates from Lync2010 on the LAN---

Lync2010/(UserA) --calls--> Lync2010Attendant/ --blind, safe-transfered to--> Lync 2010/(UserC: Lync2010)

-UserC Ignore Call Attendant Will See: Transfer not completed: UserA-Username. UseerC-Username is unavailable.

-UserC Reject Call Attendant Will See: Transfer not completed: UserA-Username. Call was not transferred because UserC-Username is not available at this time.

UserA will hear the default "kerchung" MOH every 30 seconds during time from UserC Ignore/Reject till Attendant operator picks up the returned call, even if UserA, UserB & UserC have music MOH that works when they press Hold.

UserA, UserB & UserC all have working music (not default "Kerchung" MOH)

///Scenario #2---If the transferred caller originate from a Lync Certified SIP trunk (Intelepeer)---

ExternalCaller/PstnCaller (UserA) --connected-to--> Lync2010Attendant --blind, safe-transfered to--> Lync 2010/(UserC: Lync2010)

-UserC Ignores Call Attendant will see: Transfer not completed: External-Caller-PhoneNumber. Call was not transferred because UserC-Username cannot be reached and may be offline.

-UserC Reject Call Attendant Will See: Transfer not completed: UserA-Username. Call was not transferred because UserC-Username is not available at this time.

UserA will hear total silence (not even "kerchung" moh) during time from UserC Ignore/Reject till Attendant operator picks up the returned call

This big challenge with this scenario is scenario2, and is that the caller hear total silence, leading them to believe the call dropped, so they hang up as well.
