Call forwarding based on presence

I know there were tons of call forwarding asks. But what about if we ask at first a tiny improvement for the call forwarding. If we ask too much, most of the cases we do not get anything.

 

So the most simplest help is, if users (or administrator as a default or using GPO) can define what shall happen when user's status is "in a meeting", "do not disturb (currently call forwarding does not work at all with DND), "busy" or "away".

 

I assume and believe the product team is cleaver team, but I just don't understand what was argument to overlook user's presence information.
