Scenario setup: Lync response group with Agent Group set to Alert Method of Attendant. Place 2 calls (from other users) to this response group. Both calls will ring at the agent. Bug: Agent presses Win+A (Accept Incoming Invite) in rapid succession. Both calls are answered and are live. (user is connected wrongly to 2 calls at one time!) all noteable objects (devices, gateways, RGS, parks...etc) should have a notes/memo field for admins to enter notes.
Admin level ability to disable "Hide My Picture" in Lync Client
Lync 2013 Should Be Able to Record in Multi-Party/Gallery format. (much like google hangouts). All the video is already being delivered to client, it is just showing active speaker.

One of the challenges with Exchange UM Auto Attendants is that you cannot have both accept "Key Mapping" and "Dial Extension Number" using the same time Auto Attendant. Would be nice if this functionality could be add to AA's.

There is a delay when answering a response group call. This is exacerbated by Lync Phone Edition but it present with most endpoints.
Currently Lync can only have one Call Park orbit/configuration for each site that contains a Front End Pool (or more than 1 FE pool). This means that a site with only a SBA/SBS does not have its own Call Park configuration. Companies that use call park generally want one Call Park range (or at bare minimum call park configuration) per Branch Office so that they can have a timeout destination per office. In the same scenario as here:
when the external caller has timed-out and is ringing back to UserA, the external Caller hears a combination of ringing and music on hold. Instead of just MoH, or ring back tone.
