Provide an option for persistent chat rooms to have the same type of notification settings as normal/group chats. (ie, icon flashing, tab highlighting, etc) Currently, the only two options are a small mark for unread messages or intrusive popup.
Please make chat rooms and history available on mobile devices.
Please add support for persistent chat to UCWA. Envisioned use cases could be chat room integration into a sharepoint site, or public / invite by url chat portal for support.
We've had a high failure rate of chrome participants following the 12/14 updates. Please support chrome peoperly.
Currently we use ebeam capture devices to record content from standard whiteboards. The only way to share this content into a meeting is to share the laptop running the capture software. It would be nice if this device and others like it could directly share content into a meeting/whiteboard rather than the cludgy app share that we do now.
Please allow federation with non-outlook enabled Skype accounts. Until federation works with every type of Skype login its a feature we cannot expose to our users do to this type of conversation: "Please explain to your colleague they have to use a microsoft account when they sign in. When full screening a conference, certain events, view chat, view attendees, etc will cause the client to exit full screen mode. It would be nice that once full screened, the conference would function in a kiosk-like mode for all normal operations and only exit full screen when I want it to.
1. Add a clear chat button to erase stuff in a chat.
2. Allow new participants to see non-cleared chat items. (ie, leaving, rejoining and the chat history is gone)
Allow the 'Currently presenting' bar to be hidden on the presenting computer. Attempting to share a projector-attached PC results in an amateurish looking yellow border and top bar. Please see adobe connect for an example of how to do this
Listening to a conference should not require a microphone. Please fix this
A number of improvements that would help us support remote conferences: 1. Force use of the web client. Our most troublesome participants are ones that already have a lync client installed. (os-x office 2011) Forcing the use of the web client ensures we know what software they are connecting using and we know everyone is experiencing the conference the same way. 2.
