Virtual Meeting Rooms (Auto answer video endpoint)

Ease of use is enhanced on systems which allow the concept of a virtual endpoint. It should be possible to set up an endpoint titled say "Daily Production Meeting", that then auto answers with video on, anyone who starts a call with that endpoint. For regular meetings this is much better than an outlook entry, and can be joined with one click from any device with "Presence" display.

Room system protected meeting participation

While the Lync room system is extremely easy to use there are cases where it would be nice to enable protected meeting participation. A possible example would be to have a checkbox in the meeting schedule options that protects room system. When a person joins from a room the system prompts them for the passcode. The passcode should be easy to remember like maybe a conferencing PIN.

I would like to suggest a way for those endpoints to dial into the AVMCU. Either throught the upcoming Skype4Business ...more »
