Fix the double-spacing issue in the Lync 2013 client

Service Pack 1 for Microsoft Office 2013 introduced a bug in the Lync client that causes a lot of extra, unnecessary whitespace. This causes the product to appear unpolished, not to mention waste precious screen real estate. This was originally documented in early 2014, in March. Please fix. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/1bfea987-2c4f-4233-b480-452648122b47/lync-2013-sp1-doublespacing-in-messages?forum=officeitpro ...more »

Synthetic tests for Office Web App Server functionality

Right now there are no synthetic tests for OWAS. It would be nice if there were to help streamline deployments, health checks, and troubleshooting.

Outlook meeting "Show As [Out-of-Office]" should update presence

When i create a meeting or appointment in my Outlook calendar I can set a "Show As" option. If I select "Show As [Free]" it leaves my presence unchanged for the duration of the meeting. Option to install Office Web App on the Front-End Server

I think that Office Web App is a good solution to manage the PP presentation to PC, Mac and iPad, but the requirement to be a separate server is not so good.

I think could be better to have the option to install it on the Front-End, very practice in a single FE deployment.

In more complex deployment the stand-alone OWA server remain the best solution.

Start-up/Load Time Improvment (Office 365)

The computers in our office are top of the line aside from all having solid state HDDs. The start-up speed for Lync/Skype-for-Business is unacceptable. There must be some code clean-up in that bloated start up to speed things along.

Most of our users are disabling the program from starting up with the computer due to it's bogging it down!
