It would be nice if it was possible to define the non-standard paths in topology builder instead of a more complex PowerShell method, such as http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398832.aspx
At present, Lync is not capable of being deployed in a fully automated fashion. The product should come with the necessary cmdlets to enable automated installations of Lync. Automating Topology builder and the initial installation of Lync are particular pain points which many hosters hit. It would be nice if you could run the certificate wizard and generate a request to be sent to your public CA. It would be much easier than going through a manual request - especially in environments with many SIP domains.
Right now, these can only be installed if Visual C++ version is exactly 11.0.50727. If it's a newer version, these tools will not install. It would be nice if it supported 11.0.50727 as a minimum build, not a required build.
Right now, when you create the mirror, you specify a temp file share for it to copy files to. It would be nice if it cleaned up those files when it was done with them.
