At the moment, you have to option to automatically start Lync when I log into Windows, which also includes to automatically log me into Lync as well. I suggest that these 2 options be separated, so I can choose to auto run Lync when I log into Windows, without auto sign-in to Lync. Thanks.
I was in a conference call when suddenly the call dropped and my machine started rebooting. It should be possible to prevent this from happening and postponing the Windows Update cycle automatically until the call is finished.
Nudge functionality should be brought back from the days of Windows Messenger.
The Lync client should be redesigned to organize or automatically "snap" the user's call(s) and/or conference windows to the main window of the Lync client. This way the user will not have several "call" windows in the taskbar and desktop.
This will allow for easier organization of calls in a busy environment where the user has multiple applications running.
