Contact List Design - Skype4B

Mentioned this before when Skype4B was still MS Lync. Seems like the design is to allow Skype4B client to be used with a touchscreen device and with that the spaces in between contacts on the contact list are now larger than they were before. Quick way to start a meeting in the dedicated meeting space

Maybe I'm quite dumb, but I have not find a really quick way to start a Lync meeting in my dedicated meeting space. I have to open the browser, go to the dialin page, sign in, copy the URL, paste in the browser... Or, go to Outlook, create a Lync meeting, options, use my dedicated meeting space, copy the URL, ... Remove white space from Lync Persistent Chat interface

Lync 2013 Persistent chat has reduced the amount of meaningful information on the screen to about 25% of what is used to be in Chat 2010. Eg: On my screen now, I can see approx. 8 unique entries, but on 2010, on the same screen, I could see over 30 entries. Disable Inline Pictures

Would like to disable inline pictures within the chat windows. Chat window have far too much white space and would like to reduce this. I know there is an option within the Lync Client to disable photos, but this is an all or nothing option.
