Persistent chat layout.

I miss the GroupChats layout. On that the names were not taking up space between the messages and there was no "air" between the messages. This meant I could see three times as many messages on the same screen space. I could get the overview of a situation much faster, since I didn't have to scroll to get a bit more history.

Inline image paste in group chat

The same functionality to screen shot or use the snipping tool to grab and share and image should be available in the group chat without needing to do anything other than paste it in the group chat box.

Send file in group chat

So we all use & love the ability to send screen shots/image/or files via lync on 1 on 1 sessions, however alot of times i have been in group chats & needed to share an item with all of the members but am unable to.

Response Group Agent calls- Mask with RGS Workflow name

When a member of a formal response group makes calls while signed in to the RGS I would like to see the calling party name replaced with the RGS Workflow name. Perhaps a check-box to replace the name in the RGS config. Display Group Name in IM window

If you create a Group in Lync 2013 you can right click the group and send IM. Cool. It would be even better if the IM window name displayed the group name instead of "Conversation (x Participants)"

Inclement weather type option in Response Group Workflow

Right now, when configuring a response group workflow, you can specify options for outside of business hours and holidays, but no option for unplanned closures like inclement weather. It would be nice if this option was available, and could be easily set by a receptionist/manager.

Display Caller ID name on incoming respone group calls

I'm using Lync 2013 with response groups to manage incoming calls. The calls come from the PSTN via a NET gateway. The call notification toast displays the number of the caller but not the name. After I answer a call, it displays the name. I would like to be able to see the caller name while the call is ringing. Schedule Response Group Members

It would be very helpful to be able to schedule on call rotations with response groups so that the members can be dynamically scheduled to be on call without having to change the response group or user forwarding manually. This could be achieved with similar functionality as the holiday schedule but routes the calls to a specific user or specified number at a scheduled time/day/week etc.

There is a delay when answering a response group call. This is exacerbated by Lync Phone Edition but it present with most endpoints.

Response Group Forwarding if Lync Client is set to Forward Call

The ability for Response Groups being able to forward a call to a mobile/telephone number if the Lync Client is set to forward. Response Group Supervisor Role

The Response Group need a Supervisor Role that could do these task via Web Browser:

- see the agents member of a Formal Group in realtime

- add or remove an agent from a Formal Group
