Missed call notifications for calls completed elsewhere

I think Lync Server is not correctly handling the SIP CANCEL message with cause=200. Scenario: calls are dual forked by the PBX, one goes to the SIP phone, the other one goes through the SIP trunk to Lync Server. If the call is answered by the phone, the PBX sends a CANCEL message to Lync with: Reason: SIP; cause=200; text="Call completed elsewhere". Show forwarding status as presence/on contact card

When a user has set the forwarding to a PSTN/mobile number, (s)he can possibly be reached even if the presence shows the user as "offline".

I think the presence should show the forwarding status (just like Skype does, btw) for example as "offline with call forwarding".

The contact card should also show some additional details (e.g. "forwarded to xxx") to users in the workgroup/friends and family groups.

Call Pickup Keyboard Shortcut

Lync has many Keyboard Shortcut, the one that miss is one for Call Pickup. Scenario: many EV users, only Lync client 2013 is used, no IP Phones. If a user is member of a CallPickup Group it need to place a call to the CP number to answer a collague's call. Name Display - Department Name/Number for Outbound Calls

The Calling Party Name Display on outgoing PSTN calls should be able to refelect the department the user is in. Pesonal name should be displayed as an option on internal calls. For example, lets say we have a teacher at Capilano Elementary School. Better Business Reporting

Would like the ability to have reports for business users. The current reporting in Lync 2013 is geared toward call quality, diagnostics, ... It would be great to have reports that show how many calls come into the company, how many calls are answered by each person, how many calls were offered to each person, average time to answer, average call time, call volume by hour, ... Schedule Response Group Members

It would be very helpful to be able to schedule on call rotations with response groups so that the members can be dynamically scheduled to be on call without having to change the response group or user forwarding manually. This could be achieved with similar functionality as the holiday schedule but routes the calls to a specific user or specified number at a scheduled time/day/week etc.
