This may be more of a SQL issue (and dare I say bug?) than a Lync issue (bug?) but I am posting it here as it affects Lync and Skype servers. I have a customer with multiple sites and each site has a special dial code we have implemented that starts with an "*" (eg - *035). When a user calls this number the call itself works just fine but when it tries to write the data for that call to the monitoring reports we get ...more »
Scenario setup: Lync response group with Agent Group set to Alert Method of Attendant. Place 2 calls (from other users) to this response group. Both calls will ring at the agent. Bug: Agent presses Win+A (Accept Incoming Invite) in rapid succession. Both calls are answered and are live. (user is connected wrongly to 2 calls at one time!) For example: • 2 way audio stream is live between receptionist and Caller A • 2 ...more »

So at this time the call is ringing back to UserA, but if UserB picks up the parked call (and they can), UserA will continue to ring! If UserA answers, this call becomes a 3 party conference, ...more »
